What are the gate hours?
Access is available 7 days per week, 365 days per year, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
What are your office hours?
The office is open by appointment only. Our manager can meet with you most anytime. Just call (509) 529-5771 to make an appointment.
Do you have moving and storage supplies available?
Yes. Our office is fully stocked with just about everything you need for moving and storing your possessions, including boxes, tape, bubble wrap, mattress covers, rope, and locks.
Do I have to sign a lengthy contract?
No. You are only required to sign a month-to-month occupancy agreement that automatically renews each month until you vacate your unit(s).
Are there any restrictions to the length of stay?
No. You can stay for as little as one month to as long as you need. We have many customers that have been with us for several years.
When are rent payments due?
Rent is due on the calendar anniversary date (the date your contract is signed) of each month. For your convenience you can have your monthly rent payments automatically charged to your credit card. We also have a payment slot at the office for easy drop-off.
Do I need insurance?
We do not provide insurance on your possessions. You need to make your own insurance arrangements. We have insurance available which you can pay right along with your monthly rent in one convenient payment. We urge you to protect your belongings with insurance.
Do I need to provide my own lock?
No. We provide a cylinder style lock which provides the maximum amount of security for your belongings.
Are your units inside or outside?
We offer both outside drive-up access units, inside (non-heated, non-cooled units), and climate control (inside heated and cooled) units.
